    No because its one piece of bread. True sandwich has two pieces of bread so that you can sandwich the fillings between them.

    It’s right on the edge. A roll is a sub-category of a sandwich. Generally in the range of a snack as opposed to a meal. Two rolls is a full meal in many situations. One roll with some sides can be a full meal. The composition of a roll and a sandwich is similar.

    These used to be so good. Reasonably priced, loaded to the point of failure….now it’s 40$ for meer whiff of former glory.

    You guys don’t know how easy Lobster rolls is to make at home. You don’t need to pay more than the cost of a 3oz lobster tail ($6-4/tail). Steam for 5 minutes, de-shell and mix it in a pot of melted butter + garlic and spices for a simple lobster roll that will taste just as good if not better. Brioche Hotdog buns are my favorite to use, cut the sides if there is crust protecting it. Guys Even Lobster on it’s own is perfectly seasoned by the ocean anyways, so no need for any salt.

    I’ve only ate one lobster roll in my life from a local food truck in the Dayton area

    I wasn’t really that impressed and that particular food truck has tons of fantastic references and feedback

    Was my second time eating lobster I guess I’m just not a lobster person

    I love Dungeness crab and I love Alaskan king crab I would gladly take either of those over lobster any day of the week

    I have a boat on coastal ma and have 5 traps….. would never pay for one again! I go out with the fam and lift up the trap and make rolls right on the boat. Such a shame how expensive they’ve become. Truly a New England special when done right
